I don't mean to be cruel but did you have too much egg nog?
It is not physically possible to build " around" Wrigley.
The Cubs are pushing for some expansion in the Bleachers but that is
about the only thing you could do in terms of
space and structure. Remember that Wrigley is in a totally
residental area. You can't get more space or parking except
for a bit of area on the Clark St side. For those of you who want a
modern imitation Wrigley, it would have to built
in the suburbs and that is not going to happen.
A serious question to those of you who want a new park.
Do you actually attend games on a regular basis ? If so
what serious problems, defects have you encountered as a fan. (
Inability to buy tickets does not count FYI)
