I used to be able to go to the wlw site and click on the "listen
online" button and it would start streaming, but that doesnt work
anymore. I contacted their IT person and she sent me a direct link to
the player for (oddly) 55wkrc. I changed the address to 700wlw and it
went right to the player and started streaming, so problem fixed.
I just hate it when MIS/IT changes stuff and it takes a while for
layman level to figure out how to get it to work the way it used to.
Change for change sake it seems like to me.
On the rare occasion that I am able to listen to it, I tune it in via replay
player. It's kind of like TiVo for radio. I can record something and zip
through commercials. I do that with John Corby, 610 WTVN in Columbus.
