Does anyone know how many homeruns, stolen bases, etc a winning team
usually have? I totaled the number of homeruns hit by every player in
the majors who will be on a roster next season and found the average to
be 15 a year. I figure a winning team probably needs 300 home runs. Is
that way off base?

It would depend on the number of starters, whether you are in a
mixed-league, and how many DH's you start each week.
