1 more win, folks...

So it comes down to this. Can the Indians find a way to win game 7 tonight,
or are they going to bend over the bench and let the Red Sox drive? I am
TIRED of seeing what appears to me to be a disinterested group of ball
players on the Tribe side. Okay, Beckett is probably the best pitcher in
the game today (I cannot think of anyone better--can you?) and Schilling was
Schilling last night. That doesn't explain the errors and the inability to
take a pitch. If nothing else comes of this, I am hoping that the Tribe
batters have learned to take a pitch (like the Red Sox) now and again.

Let's see some spark, some energy, some enthusiasm--as Mark Shapiro said,
nothing sounds better than silencing the opposing team's crowd. Well, are
you going to do that, or are you going to lay down and die? Are you going
to celebrate in the visitor's locker room, or are you going to have to
listen to THEM celebrating in the home locker room?

newsgroup: I haven't plonked you, yet, because I want to see if you'll come
into this newsgroup after the Tribe wins game 7 tonight.

surprised if your hair falls out and your balls shrink up after the Tribe
wins game 7 tonight. Or, if you're female, don't be surprised if you grow a
full mustache and beard and LOTS of armpit hair. Of course then you would
look like every other woman in Boston, but hey...

Cleveland has made only one major mistake. They let Manny showboat. The
Tribe thought they would quietly slip into the world series and now it
is anything but quiet.

Plonk Manny, clear the bench. Win the game and host the Rockies. Show
boats should be sunk
