Loewen certainly is better, and should be in Baltimore, not Ottawa. Let
Ortiz be a middle relief project instead of Chen.
Terrero at worst will be just as bad as Matos, so why not give him a shot?
For that matter, why not bring up Fernando Tatis and use him to DH? He
can't stink any worse than Conine and Millar.
