Just as I have never seen fans so unwilling to give credit to a worthy
opponent. Shows a lack of baseball knowledge to match the complete lack of
class. Not to mention being HUGE quitters and piss poor fans. It IS a best
of seven you know. What will you do if your team sweeps three at home now?
Much more undeserving than your team.

Uh, Dano, I seriously doubt that bob wald is a Rockies fan. You seem to fly
off the handle and make wrong assumptions pretty quickly in your posts.

it was 2 to 1 cause boston was so tired so running the bases. they
needed a break.
look they both are baseball teams.. 1s not going to totally crush the
other.
i'm pretty sure boston could beat col. 13 to lets say 2 to sweep the
playoffs.
n how many teams has boston beat by 11 or 12 runs this year besides
col.???????

How many teams did they play that were coming off of an 8-day break? I'm
not even coming close to saying that the Rockies are as good as Boston. But
let's face it, they are not 13-1 worse than them either. Last night's game
was a better indication of how the teams will compete against each other
than game 1. Period. Any team that wins 21 out of 22 games at the end of
the season and in the playoffs deserves to be where the Rockies are. Your
assertions are asinine.

Jimenez has awesome stuff, all he lacks is the knowledge and
experience on how to use it. Graft his arm on to Schilling and you
would have a 30 game winner.

But the Rockies as a team? I sort of think they are a lot like Jimenez
- not enough experience under the big lights against first class
opposition. NL West? Are you kidding me?

The Rockies blew through some pretty questionable opposition to get to
the WS. I'm not saying they don't deserve to be there - they beat what
was in their way which makes them the NL champs. But the Red Sox are
at a different level. If you beat them you will have won the
championship the old fashioned way - by earning it.

And they could if they win the next couple. Young teams to be streaky
and play off emotion, good or bad.
