trade offers for clemens

I have roger clemens in an 8 team, Auction style keeper league where players
are asigned contracts of 1 -5 years after the auction. sallary cap is 50.00
my teams in the toilet so I'm starting to build for next year. Clemens only
has a 1 year contract, so hes on the block for me I have received the
following offers. which one should I take? shoud I take either, think I
could get more? or should I not even bother and save my cap room for next
years auction
