Questions for First time Will-Call'er

Hi,

This is the first time i've used Will-Call for tickets at the new stadium
(and only the 2nd time going overall). How much time should i allow? Are
there usually long lines? Are the tellers fast? Do i need to bring
anything besides my purchasing credit card and ID?

Also, if my seats are near Gate 1 (right field) where are the closest
windows? The website said all the ticket windows are on Clark Street, which
i find hard to believe....aren't there box-office windows near the Coke sign
on Broadway?
