And before that, Damion Easley at Colorado.
I believe he hit more homers than Fabio Magglio.
(Of course, it was Colorado.) >> Stay informed about: Who was the last tiger in Home Run Derby? |

more were hit because more juice
I kind of feel sorry about Bonds... 10 years ago he was an all star and
a hall of famer to be. Now all you do is question if he has used
steroids
and on top of that I listed to a Giants game a week or so ago and the
announcers were going on what a great guy Bonds was and they just
couldn't believe anyone could question his being at the all star
game.... They love Barry in San Fran.

I forgot to mention this in my previous post, why did the commissioners
office beg Maggs to do the HR Derby , but let Bonds opt out?

1) it should have been Guillen in the Derby
2) they are playing in Bonds' HOUSE
the guy has no sense of public relations what so ever

I notice the same thing happened during Magglio's second at bat in the
All-Star Game. Instead of a full-frame of Maggs at work, I had to
suffer through seeing Bonds' stupid grinning mug, rambling on in
resposne to whatever asinine question the Fox commentators asked
him. (Man, were those commentators annoying as hell!) >> Stay informed about: Who was the last tiger in Home Run Derby? |

In all fariness, that was ESPN, not Fox.

Hmm. That's funny. Jose Mota (a Fox Sports Net broadcaster) was the
one interviewing Bonds during Ordonez's at-bat. He was holding a
microphone that was labeled "Fox." All the on-screen logos also said
"Fox." I didn't know ESPN was in the habit of masquerading as Fox.
But, of course, Bill, you know everything. So I guess it was ESPN. >> Stay informed about: Who was the last tiger in Home Run Derby? |
