struggling team... any ideas?

here is my team.. I'm struggling in an 8 team league (a lot of it has to due
with injuries, I had a streak of 6 weeks in a row of having someone in my
active line up go down (we have weekly lineup changes) heres my team.
players with positions after their name also qualify there, and everyone
qualifies as a DH. we also have a minors system in which we can have 4 other
players on sort of a sub roster. what players should I be trying to move?
our scoring system rewards batting average, homeruns, RBI's runs scored and
steals as double (other batting catagories are KO's OBP, SLG%, and FIELD%)
for pitching K's ERA W's and S's count as double, with the others being
Losses, BAA, BS's and BA against. I'm currently in 7th of 8 places, so I'm
looking to either make a push tword the top, or pack it in for next year
(this is a keeper league, with an auction, after the auction players cna be
singed for 1-5 year contracts at their auction sallary, sallary cap is 50
dollars in.25 increments) thanks in advance for the help

starts (and double starts) I usually have myers and garcia in there. what
players should I be moving?
