recommendations for lodging near space coast stadium?

hi all,
my wife and i are heading down for a couple of spring training games in
mid-march and are looking for a place to stay within the vicinity of the
stadium...ideally, we're looking for a b&b at around $100/night, but
have really only found motels and chain hotels. any recommendations?
