Not for nothing, Mr. Furr.... but your post could easily be construed,
particularly by a fanbase as paranoid as "Red Sox Nation" (gag), as
trolling.

FWIW, that 'separatist' bit is one nut job professor at the University of
Vermont and a bunch of his pals. About 20 people who are serious about
it. You'd probably find more people on Cape Cod who want to saw the
peninsula off at Bourne and let it float out to sea than you would
Vermonters who actually wish to secede.

73 feet actually ...
They're hills.
The flatlands in Colorado are higher than the "mountains" on the Least
Coast.
Nothing to be defensive about - they're cute hills - in an aging

Have you seen 'Defending Your Life'?
I can't remember the character's name, but he wasn't kidding about the
other effects of snowmobiling, either. Cursed things; fun, but really
not the point - gimme one that does what a snowmobile does without the
fumes and noise, and it'd be great. In the meantime, darn the luck, I
guess I'll just have to get some exercise and sleep like a baby when I
get back to the room or lodge or whatever. There's a particularly good
kind of sleep one gets after a long day of hiking; I love it.
