It is too bad what this forum has become, but it is also great what it
could be.

If only negative posters continue to dominate, then all bad is what will
happen. I think there are a lot of good optimistic Big Cat fans out
there who would like to discuss the Tigers.

People who don't want to give in to our resident blowhards and live the
dream of 2008.

Welcome to Hitsville USA

The sad part is that he can't even smell his own BS.

They join the media and take the easy route of saying the Tigers are already
out of it. It's kind of sad. But hey, that's human nature. Yeah, we also
have the Twin fan idiot but if you just killfile him, you find the IQ level
of the group double.

Tigers will be fine. It's nothing but a slow start right now. Nothing more
and nothing left.

That's not what I've been hearing in the media. I've been hearing
mostly that the Tigers had a horrible start, but would probably turn
things around...eventually.

>Yeah, we also have the Twin fan idiot but if you just killfile him, you find the IQ level

Yeah, because Monkey Boy and Likely Story raise the IQ
level of this group with all of their insightful discussion about
the Tigers and baseball in general. :-/

John just doesn't like to face facts....that's why he killfiled me.

Time will tell, but the Tigers pitching still looks like a major weakness
that could have lasting effects.

I do filter him, but then people respond to his dopey-ness.

Tigs are losing to Boston, but they are not playing like a circus act.
But for one inning, Nate R was pretty good

Because my "dopey-ness" (sic) talks more about baseball and the
Tigers than you EVER have in this group, Monkey Boy.

>Tigs are losing to Boston, but they are not playing like a circus act.

Nope, but they aren't exactly playing well either. The pitching created
another deficit that the offense couldn't cover,,,,and the offense didn't
that badly this time.

>But for one inning, Nate R was pretty good

He actually had two or three good innings....but it's Robertson, and
that's about as good as you can hope for from him some nights.

wow. how profound.
The Sox did one thing tonight a lot of good teams do, that I haven't seen
the Tigers do enough over any of the last three seasons; Put up some runs in
the half inning after the other team scored.
