Yes and Yes.

Chase Utley won it, and rightfully so. Bruce had a historic debut,
but Utley numbers were just sick.

Utley was named the National League Player of the Week on Monday for
the week of May 26-June 1. He led the Majors with five home runs, 14
RBIs, and 25 total bases, and ranked second in the league with a 1.087
slugging percentage. The 29-year-old hit .391 with nine runs scored
and a .500 on-base percentage.
