Didn't watch the game; why did Manny feel the need to use 9 pitchers when
it didn't even go to extra inning?

For socialism is not merely the labour question, it is before all things
the atheistic question, the question of the form taken by atheism to-day,
the question of the tower of Babel built without God, not to mount to
heaven from earth but to set up heaven on earth. - Dostoevsky

Maybe he's channeling Felipe Alou? It worked. Hanrahan and Munoz
didn't have it. Plus some of our bullpen guys (Rauch and Rivera) have
thrown a lot of innings.

Who cares after 21-12 and 2-0 against the best that the NL East can muster
(snigger, guffaw).

Manny has an overstocked bullpen after the callups and is playing matchup
