Post subject: Anyone see that photo of Cordero in WAPO

on Thursday or Friday? He looked a lot skinnier than I remember him. Hope
he's lost a few pounds and that it wasn't just a stock photo.

The Nationals website has an article on the re-signing of Cordero for the
upcoming season. He states that he is "planning to be in the best shape of
his career. He has already lost more than 10 pounds..."

I read something, I think in the Post, about this. Seems Chad is
asthmatic, so can't run long distances or do a lot of strenuous
exercise. Hence part of his weight problem.
