Anybody going to the opener?

Now that hockey is over in Ottawa, I can reprioritize. So we're off to the
opener on friday.

I bought some bleacher seats in RF, and was hoping to welcome Everett, but,
you know...

We're off to a slow start, but I think we'll pick it up. There's a lot of
talent on our team. (On paper, remember the 80's haha) I think once the
lads get home, they'll turn it around.

Despite being a big Habs fan, I will be at the opener. Of course I agree
that we'll pick it up, we can't stay this bad, but I think people keep
falling into the trap that new aquisitions will be amazing players (think
Tatis.) Batista is a low average hitter and always will be, Sledge appears
to need more time in the minors. Nick Johnson has always been injury prone.
I hate to be pessimistic, but it doesn't look good.
