I was at Little League for a double header,
and missed the game. But...........................

Did Wedge actually Intentionally WALK Inge
to bring up Edgar Renteria ????????!!!???

Who then hit a Grand Slam ????????????

Is anyone on Earth surprised besides that idiot Wedge??

This year's team is just a huge mystery.
How a decent hitting team and an excellent bullpen
can vanish into thin air is hard to explain.

Injuries are understandable.
What happened to Betancourt, CC, Sizemore, Peralta, Hafner, et al.
is not so easily understood.

The team seems like they know they aren't good,
and that there are reasons not to hustle and play hard.

They appear to have given up in May.

Now you know how we feel in Detroit, just change the names.

I thought it was going to be Cleveland and Detroit both running away and
fighting it out amoung themselves. Go figure.

even if the tigers hit, they never really did enough to repair the
bullpen IMO. but it could have meant winning 10-8 instead of 10-4. the
only good thing is that we didn't mortgage our future comparatively
speaking.
