The tiger hitters are choking under the pressure that is the bottom line!

Never was a championship offense. They rode a .36something ERA to first
place, and have not produced enough runs to maintain their pace. They are,
however, still out in front.

any more than anyone else's?? I love it when the bandwagoners latch on to
one player (Shelton) and beleive, for no apparent reason, he can do no
wrong. What the actual facts will tell you, if you pay attention, is that
Shelton didn't contribute squat after May, and NONE of the offense has been
doing the job since July.
To me, this Saturday loss hurt more than the Friday one. Friday is one of
those games where, no matter what the reason, you got outscored. On
Saturday, you didn't get it done.

I'm watching the Tigers because my GF is from DT. They are also a feel-good
story.

However, I don't think that Leyland should have mixed up the chemistry.

You don't fix what ain't broken. You could not have been in a better
position by All Star break, but yet SOMETHING had to be fixed.

What are they, like .433 or something since?
