The Pirate's first base coach is "miked". Doumit moves the runner to
second and arrives at first base with a hit. The coach asks him if he
knows "What we're doing" and Doumit replys "no idea." Really, no idea?
The coach patiently explains to him in detail what to do to help get
the runner on second the chance to score and then asks Doumit to
repeat back what he had said. Doumit looks at the coach with what
appears to be annoyance but we don't hear his reply because at that
point the game producer wisely switches away. How to coach players
who are unwilling to be coached?

That's a question that Little League coaches world-wide want the answer to!
