The Rockie hitters met better pitching. It's one thing to knock around some of these National League stiffs, but now they are facing Josh Becket (The best pitcher in all of baseball), Curt Schilling (A postseason legend) and Dice-K (A future superstar who is treated like an icon in Japan).
