Has there ever been a best of seven WS where the home team was behind when the
last batter in the seventh game came to the plate and he made a walk-off hit?

Has it ever happened with a HR and/or two outs?

And Arizona's bloop single came with the game tied, not with Arizona
behind.

Yes. I can think of several in the recent past including the Diamondbacks
win over the Yankees and Joe Carter's walk off home run.

No. Joe Carter's homer was in game 6. Mazeroski's was in game 7 but the
score was tied. Larry Gardner's sac fly in the 10th inning of game 7 ended
the 1912 series, but again the game was already tied. Those are the closest
that I know of. Game 7 of the NLCS in 1992 fits -- Fransisco Cabrera's
single came with the Braves trailing in the 9th inning of game 7, and 2 out,
and ended the game and the series. And of course Bobby Thomson's homer also
fits. But it hasn't happened in the world series.
