Ryan Klesko - apparently retired, according to Chipper Jones:

Kenny Lofton - still wants to play this year but hasn't reached a deal with
anybody yet. Turned down a couple contracts because he wants more money,
including an offer from the Reds. He'll likely turn up on somebody's
roster by the All-Star break as injuries mount and some team will want a
veteran presence for a playoff run.
Chan Ho Park - in the Dodgers bullpen now
Mike Piazza - wants to play but hasn't found any suitors. Unsurprisingly,
there's not a lot of teams jumping at the chance to overpay for a 39-year-
old injury-prone catcher who can't stop runners from advancing to save his
life. Piazza's still working out and staying in shape and maybe could work
as a DH for somebody but I can't see anybody wanting him as a catcher, and
certainly not for the money Piazza undoubtedly wants. Might turn up on a
roster at some point this year but it's also a strong possibility that
Piazza's career is over.
Moises Alou - outfielder for the Mets, currently rehabing an injury
Steve Finley - apparently still wants to play at age 43 but isn't signed to
a team at the moment. His numbers slid drastically the past couple years
so it wouldn't be too surprising if he's done for good.
Sandy Alomar Jr - retired after last season, is now the catching instructor
for the Mets
