And the *other* wild card entrant *did* win it all. It was the first
all-wild card World Series (if Bob Costas were dead, he'd have been
spinning in his grave).

The way the D.B.'s are playing, are they even going to be a wild-card
contendor?
They need to start thinking one day at a time, or they might as well hang
it up now.
