....was horrible to watch.

Cuddyer being waved was the correct move. AJ made a great block and absorbed
the blow after a good throw from a man clearly in the late twilight of his
career.

Was just a matter of time before Thome would mash. And you just KNEW it
would be him.

Great effort by Blackburn. Solid outing but no support. Twins looked like
the Jays last night at the dish.

You have to give Danks some credit as well, he pitched a pretty
damn good game for the Sox, IMO.

The game that wouldn't end - Headed into the 16th. C'mon, guys! I gotta get to work here - you're KILLING me. Great night by the bullpen. It's time for somebody to step it up and get a hit. You can't strand Mauer at 3rd with one out. No excusing that. The Tiffee AB was abysmal. ..

Player of the Game is RIGHT - Good going, Dougie. 4 beautiful hits tonite! And that steal home didn't hurt either! Yipppeee. And who cares if I'm gloating! <G> The guy deserves some kudos. No one else seems to give him any in this NG. Yeah, yeah......there are ot...

What??? no posts re: the game? - Can't wait for the paper in the morning to read comments from Gardy. If there are any. Matthew, matthew, MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTHEW! We needed you with a base hit at the right time! Wasn't to be. Drat. AnnE in MN Go TWINS one game...

Great game! - Well, I know it dosent matter to us but the Tiger fans were cheering hard for thier Tigers avoiding the record last night. I was lucky enough to score seats in a Luxury suite at comerica and had one of the best baseball experiences of my life. Cuddyer...

Game 2 Goats - Lots of props after Game 1, but Game 2 had some real goats. In no particular order Latroy Hawkins - as good as he was in Game 1, he was bad in Game 2. This looked like Hawkins circa 2001, not 2003. Luis Rivas - two words: automatic out. Corey Koskie -...
