Yes, everyone reading this doesn't believe me, but it's
true. The fact is I have, over the past several years,
stopped watching pro (and college) basketball, didn't
watch more than 5 minutes of the Stanley Cup playoffs,
about the same amount of time viewing the NFL and
NCAA football this fall, and baseball just got added
to the list (and for reasons beyond tonite's fiasco).

That just leaves NASCAR (and some other motor
sports) and golf during the majors when Tiger is on
his game. Otherwise I'm done with major pro and
college team sports. And if a coworker comes up
to me and says, "How about those Red Sox!" when
they finally win it next year, I'll just declare my
complete and total ignorance and apathy with regards
to that fact.

Bye all, it's been fun. At least I don't have to put up
with Maynard (when he shows his ugly face here
again). And if anyone ever sees a post from me
here, THEN you can say, "I told you so!" Otherwise
STFU.
