In comparing the Oakland A's and The Seattle Mariners of the 2000's its
amazing. The A's deal over priced tallent The M's collect it.
Who wins more? Oakland
Seattle just sux as a sports town.

Yes, dump Bavasi. His only positive is that he looks like Buhner...but
that doesn't get us good players.

The thing I just don't understand is how he can be so bad after
growing up in that family.

Didn't his dad teach him *anything*???

against Mariners interests. How else can you explain all the damage he
has done?

What the heck is Bavasi doing? - I'm hoping Bavasi is a Talking Heads fan and at some point, when he is sitting all alone, starts humming lyrics: And you may ask yourself Am I right?...Am I wrong? And you may tell yourself MY GOD!...WHAT HAVE I DONE? Same as it ever was...Same as it..

Bavasi on the off-season - Bavasi has shown up a couple of places the last few days, and to summarise what he seems to feel they need to accomplish this off-season (or at least will talk about): -bring power in, likely at the 1st/3rd/outfield position(s). Lopez will possibly..

Bavasi on KOMO - Man, that guy is long-winded :) He reiterated that at the GM meetings (aside from doing GM housekeeping in the mornings; btw, he votes no on instant replay) from noon to midnight they primarily talk-- to agents, to players, to other GMs, to their own..

Bavasi press conference - is scheduled for 1 pm today; usually these are aired live on the Ms website....
