That was a TWO game series, and both of the games were snoozers.

Even when the Tigers produce runs, the pitching still folds and gives
up too many runs. The Tigers had six runs in the first inning today, and it
still wasn't enough to make up for the Tigers pitching. Do you really
expect the Tigers to score 10+ runs a game? Because that seems to be
what it will take to compensate for the Tigers horrendous pitching this
season.

The Twins have scored 36 runs over five games with the Tigers this
season. The Twins. Ouch.

That is one prediction I am happy to be wrong about.

I really thought the Tigers had turned the corner this season. I guess not.

I'm starting to believe that all these losses will really haunt them come September.
