First of all, I am no more racist than the average black guy.
Having said that. Comcast Sportsnets Dan Jiggetts was freaking out
the other day because blacks don't play baseball anymore. Not because
they're excluded or denied in any way, but because it takes to much
time to get through the minor leagues before they make the millions!
He and the panel spent 10 minutes talking about ways to trick blacks
into playing baseball. What!? It's a choice they are making. They
are going into to football and the nba because they don't have to work
their way up. They just get the fat checks before they ever play a
game.
As a white man I consider this to be racist. Why isn't Jiggetts
worried about the low number of whites in the NFL or NBA! Come on
Jiggs, pony up some cash and start a basjetball league for suburban
white kids.
