$7M for Frankie

$3.4M for Shields

2-year deal for Quinlan, I don't know the amount.

Glad to see the Q deal. I am surprised they just did 1-year deals with the
two pitchers. Likely just temporary until they hammer out the longer deals
they are said to be working on.

As far as the amounts, Shields is a bargain at twice the price, I think.
Possibly our most valuable pitcher.

Shields is a fool. I've seen him botch so many games.

I could likely find 30 MLB general managers who would disagree with your
assesment, all of whom would LOVE to have him in their bully. In fact, he
was one of the most sought after Angel pitchers in trade discussions this
offseason.

My guru at MLB Radio's Fantasy 411 calls Shields the most valuable
pitcher in baseball who's not a starter or top rank closer.
