(Also posted to rec.sport.baseball last night with no response...)

When the local Diamondbacks play the Braves, WTBS is always
blacked out. When they play on ESPN during the week, as they
are tonight, ESPN is blacked out. I understand that's how the
"local broadcast area" is supposed to work. I don't agree with it,
but I understand it.

So then, when they played the Cubs this weekend, why was WGN
NOT blacked out here during Friday and Sunday's games? Both
the local broadcast and WGN were available.

Anyone?
