In April, I expressed some interest in planning a trip to Wrigley
Field. One of the recommendations (echoed on the Cubs website) is to
use the CTA. The recommendations were as follows:

From the West (Eisenhower I-290) get off at DesPlaines Ave and get
take the
CTA I forget the color and take that into the loop and transfer to the
Red
Line to Wrigley, this too will save you grief and time out of bumper
to
bumper traffic.

I would be coming up I-55 from central Illinois and have never been to
Chicago in my life. If someone can give VERY SPECIFIC instructions
about where to park and pick up a CTA line (and specifically which
line, remember I don't know Chicago!), I would be grateful. Thanks!
