Transactions - Rodriguez off DL; Santiago to Buffalo

Ricardo Rodriguez was activated off the DL and Jose Santiago was sent
to Buffalo.

Now, I lived in upstate NY for a time, so I am pretty familiar with
I-90 from Cleveland to Buffalo. Do you think Jose Santiago pretty
much has all the exits memorized yet? You know, important information
like, I better stop at Exit 8 in PA because there isn't a good
restaurant until Amherst, and, gee, walking over the highway to get to
the rest area in NY is pretty cool.
