True, but Minnesota's pitching has been hanging in there, despite
the losses to the roster. It's certainly better than the Tigers
pitching, and their $130+ million payroll.
Thinking about those losses to the roster, and the injuries to Neshek
and Liriano, etc....the Twins pitching has been fairly remarkable this
season.
Add to that the spark that has ignited the offense lately, and you
have the formula for how the Twins are still in contention for the
division right now in July.
