I'm looking to buy tickets around the $50 to a game when Cincinnati comes to
town in June. Is there any difference between buying tickets in the 142-148
sections versus 110-118 sections - especially as you get farther back in
rows (I've never been to safeco field).

Thanks

Steve

P.S. I would prefer to get something in the 119-124 sections but the cost
gets considerably higher. Its for a fathers day outing.

Get the cheap outfield bench seats and bring some padding.
Lots of room to move around, explore, and the view is fabulous...as is
everywhere else.
I would avoid the lower sections on the third base side: the odor coming
from the "garlic fries" outlet can be nauseating.

Well, Griffey is playing right field, so if you want to see him you should
go for the 110-118 sections. (BTW, Mikey, there's a garlic fries place
above 110, too.) If it's an evening game, the RF seats are in the sun until
~8 pm. If it's an afternoon game the lower seats can get quite warm
from the sun. The LF seats are less impacted by the sun, although you
can see the video screen better than from RF seats.

Thanks for the info...I appreciate it. Looks like $50 may be a little low.
Are there any other tickets sites besides Mariners TicketMaster?

Did you check "Mariners Ticket Market"; it's where season ticket
holders put their spare tickets up for grabs. Looks like there are
some "reasonably" priced tickets there.

There are a few on craigslist and eBay, too.

StubHub: http://snipr.com/Reds_Mariners_June22 (left hand side of
screen under "Event" also has links for the Reds/Mariners games of June
23 and 24)

eBay: http://snipr.com/Reds_vs_Mariners
