art howe isnt making any decisions. he isnt the manager or gm...
So why is he on the payroll? When the season begins take note of where
Art Howe will be sitting on the bench and who will be listening to him
(hint....it will be Ron Washington) and then tell me that Art Howe is

Art Howe was brought in as a bench coach. That has been made clear. All
managers take some advice from their bench coaches. However, you're
conspiracy is just silly. If the Rangers wanted to hire Howe as a manager
