This game should never have gotten to Shoenweis. Who can blame him
there. Even if he gets out of the inning do you really think he's
going to get 3 more outs in the 14th?

3 innings of scoreless relief was enough. The Mets should have been
able to score ONE MEASELY RUN. They went to sleep last night after the
4th inning, as we have seen all too often this year.

If they don't win today, it's OVER. They will not be able to shake
memories of 2007. Once again Jimmy Rollins and the Phillies will
outperform Carlos Beltran and the Mets when it counts.
