Hey! I just found out they DFA'd Mike Rouse.

Anybody hear why?

If Hafner is going to miss any significant time, I'd move Jhonny P to DH
(he's not really a SS), and play Cabrera at SS. I can't see any better
options at DH, and that upgrades the defense.

Not sure. Maybe Inglett? If Cabrera makes the everyday lineup at SS by
improving defense, the utility IF is secondary. I like Cabrera and Barfield
up the middle with Peralta as DH more than Peralta and Barfield/Cabrera up
the middle with one of the 4th OF as DH.

I agree...If Hafner goes on the DL, bring up Inglett, as a Utility IF.
Start Cabrera at SS, and Barfield at 2B.

Peralta though as DH......Dunno. Maybe Branyan (LOL!!) ...
