The Rose Award goes to Kevin Youkilis of the Boston Red Sox, who went
three-for-five with four RBI and scored three runs in a 18-5 win over
the Minnesota Twins.

Dustin Pedroia hit a three-run double as the Red Sox scored seven
times in the seventh inning -- all of them after a triple play by the
Twins was taken off the board -- and Boston went on to win to complete
a three-game sweep.

Just like Pete Rose's eligibility for the Hall of Fame was taken off
the board.

Not quite. With Rose it's just a matter of time. But when 24 hours
have passed from the conclusion of a game, the plays and stats of that
game cannot be reversed.
