The Rose Award goes to Ryan Klesko of the San Diego Padres, who went
two-for-four with four RBI and scored two runs in a 12-2 win over the
Colorado Rockies.

Ryan hit a grand slam in a six-run sixth inning.

The Padres will enter the All-Star break with a winning record for only
the ninth time in club history.

Beats me.

I do know this: You need a Big Liar to present the Pete Rose award to.
Klesko doesn't fit that mold.

thanks,

K. Gringioni.
