I'm surprised the GM's (25-5 vote) okayed replays. It would only be on fan interference and balls hitting walls and bouncing back (was it a homer or not), but I'm curious to see how the umpires union react. Baseball umps are so much better than pro football (being professionals helps) and this may be seen as an insult. tsp >> Stay informed about: Replay

criticisms of A's fans - Ya know, I seem to see more meaningful discussions about the A's in the Giants group than I do here. You do have to wade through the childish insults, but there are people willing to discuss things in a rational manner, too.
