I guess Lopez is now the everyday 2b. Would love to see Snelling get some
everyday play. I guess that means Winn has got to go next.

This "rebuilding" (ha! code for pathetic management) will take 10 to
20 years, if they can ever build anything.

The Ms management flushed the best the Ms team ever had.

That might help, perhaps we could have 11 players playing put in an
extra in-fielder too.

Winn would make a great 4th outfielder, if they can't find anyone who
wants to give up anything of value.

I was thinking back to when the M's had Javier in that role, and Winn
can play all 3 outfield positions (just not well enough to start every
game in center or right) and can hit ove .270 (albeit with no power
and not many walks) which sounds to me like a 4th outfielder.

Then if someone like Bucky comes along to take the DH slot, Ibanez can
move back to left most of the time. Or, if not, then Snelling or one
of the other Raniers can get a shot at left or center.

Maybe. One thing they absolutely cannot do is cut Olivo. Man, have you ever
seen a better .120 BA player in your life?

If they really did have someone interested in Moyer, I think they ought
to pull the trigger if they can get anything at all worthwhile in
return.
