RARE FILMS FROM THE BASEBALL HALL OF FAME

Friday, April 1 and Saturday, April 2
7:00 PM
Wexner Center for the Arts
Ohio State University
1871 North High Street
Columbus, Ohio 43210

Last year's program highlighting rare cinematic treasures from the
National Baseball Hall of Fame was so well received that we decided it
deserved extra innings. With the Hall's generous cooperation, we have once
again assembled an evening of rare baseball films that will entertain
baseball fans and cinephiles alike. Included in this program is an unusual
1969 highlight film of the recently relocated Expos' first season in
Montreal, a series of Gillette commercials featuring such stars as Willie
Mays and Pee Wee Reese, footage of the 1966 Cincinnati Reds in spring
training, and another great interview with Cleveland slugger Rocky Colavito.
(Program approximately 120 minutes).
