Pitcher with the Strange Neck Twist?

Who was the guy I remember watching 5 or so years ago (a fairly chubby
Hispanic guy I think). He may have pitched in a World Series and he may have
been a relief pitcher or a closer. Had a avery strange way of jerking his
neck left and right when about to pitch.
