What bothers me about this current Padre organization is the offensive
strategy, if there even is one. We knew going into the season that we
didnt have much team speed, so not a lot of stolen bases. What we seem
to lack is little things, like advancing runners on sac flys. A good
example is last night. With the score 6-3 Marlins in the 9th, the
Padres get runners on the corners with nobody out. Greene hits into a
double play that get us one run. The Marlins gladly traded one run for
two outs. Game over for the Pads. And there have been base running
errors that kill innings. I am not sure I like Sandy Alderson's
approach to baseball anymore. I'd like to take that book MoneyBall and
stuff it up his ass.

So you're saying strategy and thinking win ball games and books don't hit.
