If you'd read the article, you would have seen that he did it between
2002-2004 when HGH WAS NOT BANNED OR ILLEGAL!!!!

That's the whole thing about this witch hunt. HGH was not banned or
illegal when Byrd was taking it, so the fact that he was taking it was
no big deal, and for the news to bring that up now is reallllly
interesting timing...

Some of these baseball players are really being railroaded with this.
If everything they did with HGH and steroids etc. was done prior to
any bans, than they are not at fault in any way and this media circus
trying to smear them is ridiculous.

In this the evidence is pretty damning. Byrd is buying the material
from a clinic known to have sold much of this material illegally - the
Palm Beach 'Rejuvenation Clinic' using a prescription from a 'dentist'
who is under investigation for fraud and has had his license revoked.
Now since when do dentists treat pituitary gland tumors? There are
other issues here as well - Byrd's prior public denials that the was
using HGH are on record.

If Byrd's use was legitimate he would not have to buy this along with
syringes from a clinic like this using his own credit card and a phony
prescription. His health insurance would cover it, and his doctor or
nurse would do the injections.
