"Joe Six-pack" such a glorious role model? Isn't he the guy who comes
home from work, pounds a six-pack, gets toasted and ends up beating his
wife and kids? This is the person Sarah Palin thinks is an "average

Of course you have to try to see your own warped illusion of what YOU
imagine a "joe sixpack" is supposed to be.
Most folks that view themselves in that light are just average working
class folks that instead of coming home to big house and having a
martini or other highball, they come home to an average size home have
a beer. They have the average home with a yard, couple of kids, a dog
or two and maybe a boat or four wheeler. They are the ones you see at
the bowling alleys on a Friday night and at the PTA meetings on
Wednesday night. They're the ones taking their kids to football,
baseball or other sport of their choice practice. They are merely the
average citizen with an average lifestyle. In other words they are
most Americans.
