John Gordon said last night that yesterday's numbers will not be
compared to other double-headers because technically, yesterday was
not a double-header. To be a double header, there has to be just one
gate--that is, one ticket gets you into both games. Both he and Dan
Gladden seemed surprised that the way the ticket office is run could
actually make a difference in the statistics of the game, but Gordo
said this is from Elias Sports Bureau. Crazy.
