Melvin Mora is hitting around .300. I haven't heard anything bad
about his fielding. And I suspect he makes less money than Lowell.

Lowell has given signs lately that he is snapping out of his year-long
slump. I find myself hoping he will not be traded. It could very
well be the kind of trade that backfires on the team. Burnett is
another story. They'll lose him to free agency if they don't off him
now. It's too bad the two potential deals have been linked.
Hopefully A.J. will be traded to an AL team.
