When NL Players Bat Ninth

Do you suppose that when National League teams play American League teams in
American League cities, and the National League teams use designated
hitters, do you suppose the guy who bats ninth gets a major ribbing? Like,
do you think his teammates make him wear a skirt as a joke or something?

Well, as the more ridiculous version of baseball is to have the pitcher
batting, I'm guessing probably not.
